What’s your vision?
Hello….
When I was 11, I printed the words “Photographer” in response to that question, you know the one, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” And guess what? I am one of the lucky ones, and I now do what I love.
Since launching, I have turned my photojournalistic lens to Small Business Branding, Festivals, Events, Gala nights, Portraits, Weddings, Creative Workshops, Long Table Lunches, High Teas, Action Sports, Aboriginal Cultural Ceremonies, and so much more
6 Acre Studios is continually evolving and is fuelled by the creativity of the Northern Rivers Region. Whether you’re a small business owner, a creative artist, a loved-up couple or family of 4, professional and experienced photography will elevate your story and grow your business.
I hold a BA in Photography from Queensland College of Art. Since graduating I have been honoured to work with top international brands and magazines, as well as leading figures in the art community. I am always excited when projects allow me to meet new people and travel to new places.
Kind Words,
“Jodie is amazing!. Weaving magic almost in the way she sees all the elements to truly capture the essence of that special moment. So grateful for how she captured our special day and some of our most precious memories. I highly recommend!”
— Chloe Keylar, Bride
“I am so happy with the huge variety we were able to get. I can not wait to start using them and update all of my marketing material with your beautiful images. I really can’t thank you enough, I think its one of the best decisions I have made when it comes to investing in my own business. I will definitely be recommending you to my own design clients for branding shoots as it would be a pleasure to work with your images for others too

“After running many workshops with no time to take photos, it was a joy to have Jodie come to the rescue and take beautiful photos of me running a workshop and capturing the movement of the participants on the day. Jodie quietly was everywhere, yet you didn’t notice. I’d certainly book Jodie again”
— Susan Wright, Owner, Born in Paper
“It was a pleasure to work with Jodie. She was willing to listen to and act on my individual requirements and suggestions without compromising the quality or professionalism of the outcome.”
— Jenny Kitchener, Internationally recognised Artist & Printmaker
